Deji deji Book: 23€ at CDJ, 46€ at YA!

Hey guys,

As the title says, there is a hole price between CDJ and YA! Does anybody know why? Isn't the same version or something?

C+R+E+AYUMI 11th May 2009 04:34 PM

if it was true, it's 50% off! I want to know more too..

such a strange thing though

YA has free shipping, add shipping to CDJ´s price and you have 58€ with the cheapest shipping method. So it´s cheaper at YA.

noidea 11th May 2009 04:59 PM

isnt that costy shipping only for the big special edition of it? the regular versions shipping shouldnt be that expensive

~angel*ayumi~ 11th May 2009 05:02 PM

YA and CDJ both have the b4 sized editon.

Yoake 11th May 2009 05:25 PM

It's always a more expensive in YA than CDJ but Finally when you order it's always cheaper at YA because you have free shipping and you don't have tax

CeReSu 11th May 2009 05:36 PM

Yes, shipping cost with CDJapan is very expensive so in final, it's cheaper at yesasia (in this case of course!)

ownsarai 11th May 2009 07:27 PM

Maybe I will order from YA. They never seem to fail for me. ^^

Material Boy 11th May 2009 07:59 PM

Oh yep you're right, I didn't check with the shipping costs! So I apologize for creating this useless topic!

emi♡ 11th May 2009 08:06 PM

No it's not useless!

YA always inflates their prices a little bit, but yeah, then they offer you free shipping.

In the end, the price difference is usually like only 10 dollars or so...

but a lot of people prefer CDJ because they ship everything very well.

I never had any problems with YA´s shipping. They may be slower than CDJ but my items always arrived in perfect condition^^

dreamland2.0 11th May 2009 08:54 PM

However if you don't get free shipping (example only ordering 1 thing under the amount of $30 or whatever it is) then they are about the same.

ownsarai 11th May 2009 10:32 PM

I've had no problems with YA's shipping, things have always been in perfect condition. I don't mind waiting a little longer.

Items will always be cheaper on CDJ over YA, but the price for YA is finalized because they offer free shipping, and as of recently it is the only method of delivery now. After the tax, shipping, and currency conversion, CDJ is usually more expensive.

I've made most of my purchases on YA too and I never had a problem. Have to wait a little longer but all my orders been fine.

But the B4 version is probably not available at either shop anymore, right?

i still see them on both shops. i bought from YA because for some reason, my CDJ orders got holded at customs and then i have to pay extra and quite an amount of money (like customs, handling, etc), so i grow more disappointed. otherwise CDJ's packing is good, but its SAL is really slow, slower than YA's free shipping i think.

JackieRos 15th May 2009 02:05 AM

thats so crazy!

gothicayu 15th May 2009 10:09 AM

cdjapan always rip you off with the shipping thats how they can make their price seems lower and for yes asia you have to order 39 dollars before to get free shipping and tax depend of your state.

personally i bought my book used that way its a lot cheapper than cdjapan and yesasia
