I looked for a thread like this, but didn't see any.

BLUE BIRD and NEXT LEVEL,

The NEXT LEVEL album is really fun to run to. I like to start out with a light run, move into a really strong run, and end with a jog.

talkin 2 myself is fun for push-ups for some reason, and until that day..., Inspire, Ladies Night, and Bold&Delicious are all fun too :)

For some reason I won't listen to her older songs when exercising, but I'll listen to the older albums all the time when I'm writing.

Larien 29th June 2009 06:15 AM

If I'm going to be honest, the entirety of NEXT LEVEL (the album) is great for exercising to, excluding the slower ballads, like Days, of course. :)

neuteka 29th June 2009 06:41 AM

Most of her remix albums, and most of Loveppears ( especially the song And then )

mcluva420 29th June 2009 06:42 AM

Rule is the beeeest! :D

When it's a nice day outside, I play NEXT LEVEL (the song) in my iPod while I bike. It's an enjoyable experience and will make you like NEXT LEVEL a bit more XD

daybreak123 29th June 2009 09:53 AM

Real me came in my mind first, but I think Humming 7/4 and Heartplace are great songs for exercising too. :yes Of course there's some other awesome songs for this too, but these three songs are the best imo.

AyUta 30th June 2009 03:40 AM

Definitely a lot of her upbeat songs. Like the NL album, that's perfect.

yuki_unmei 30th June 2009 05:22 AM

Yeah my fav's have been Next Level and A Best 2 ~White~
and Independent is fun :yes

Sandre 30th June 2009 06:10 AM

Yea, I agree too.
The entire Ablum Next Level suitable for exercising.

rookies 30th June 2009 09:09 AM

I don't exercise or work out much anymore nowadays, but a couple of years ago, I played INSPIRE a lot when I was in the gym.

rikku411 30th June 2009 02:05 PM

Pretty much anything on A BEST 2 -WHITE- (especially INSPIRE and STEP you), NEXT LEVEL (especially identity and Sparkle), and any other fast song.

The summer-feeling songs seem to be good picks too, like BLUE BIRD and glitter, etc.

waterballoon 30th June 2009 02:07 PM

rollin'... you can do some rolling acreobics or something with that song. HOT. And EngergizE too. The cheer leading routine will be a good work out!
