Arashi We Can Make It! sound alike/copy?
 

Hi guys and Arashi fans here
I don't really listen to Arashi songs but I once heard their We Can Make It!

Recently in SG channel 8,they aired this drama called "Romantic Delicacies" 美食厨师,starts at 7pm.When I hear the drama ending song,I got a big shock.I was wondering if I was hallucinating

I keep repeating both song and they sounds the same (except for the language)
Does the ending song sounds like Arashi's?

well by right , We can make it ! is a 'cover' by of sorts as the original was done by Agnes Carlsson & the original song title was titled Love Is All Around

so essentially , Shi Xin Hui's take of the song is a cover of a cover :laugh

I think I've heard the original actually. I remember hearing the Arashi version and thinking it sounded very familiar.

this might shock people but initally I DID NOT like We can make it ! at all :O

I think it didn't helped that my sister was annoying me big time with the B-side ie. Di-Li-Li but now I love We can make it ! haha xD

yesyes! I noticed it too when I listen the song on tv. I thought 'huh, not again. sg singer copy a *** song which is Arashi's.'
oh well, now that I know the song isn't orignally Arashi's........

I get irritated when I heard them cover songs from other singers. To me it's sorta like a disgrace. If u're a singer, just sing ur own original songs and make it to ur own album. otherwise, it's just way too unprofessional to me that they cover songs from here n there.
Sry, I do get irritated with this.

I'm quite picky when comes to covers but I do not mind an artiste if she/he sample a melody & create an original song in the process

covers wise , I'm quite picky especially if the song that an artiste choose to cover's already a classic on its own

It bugs me to no end when people automatically suspect that the song must be a copy instead of a cover just cause it's a Chinese cover. Obviously many people don't understand (or don't want to) that many of the singers come from large companies like Warner Music/Sony/Universal so many times they either had the song already or they have purchased it.

Just ranting.
