Is this the MAX MATSUURA documentary?

i found this on youku but i have no idea is this the documentary of max which is supposed to be aired on 01.01.2010?

Ah yes, there was something about a documentary of Matsuura Max a while ago in the "Ayu News"-Forum.
And I think it is indeed Matsuura's documentary, but it also could be a different one. I really can't say.
