Yes. They usually perform the songs in a medley w/ SMAP. So even though it lists a lot of songs, the whole performance will only be around 5 minutes. Ayu would probably sing Part of Me on her own and then SMAP would join her for a medley of the other 3 songs.
But no, SMAPxSMAP does not film in front of an audience so this info may not be very accurate.
