I've seen this coming over the past month or two now, since i check the english news site for her, which has been hinting that she's returning to music in the near future. However, actually reading that she WILL return, I don't think i could be happier. Chihiro Onitsuka is one of the greatest singers alive, and for too long there it seemed like her talent would end up going to waste.
