Almost no (99.9%) of the auctions does
not ship internationally (the auction you listed is not an exception "(Seller will not ship internationally.）"). That's why you need to use services like for example the ones I mentioned, there's a more thorough list of what pages might help you
here, under the "How to get the tickets before you arrive in Tokyo:" part. They can sometimes help you confirm if the item you are looking at is what you want.
It'll cost extra with the help service, but the price for the items will be cheaper since it's on YAJ.
