Maybe I would feel better if that song didn't suck and if they had picked a cuter looking girl to micmick marlene. And most of all, if they had seeked permission but....
from the link given, there's person who commented called Applekid said something really funny but totally makes sense:
"wanted to contact Square to get permission but, couldn't find their contact info."
Translation: Wanted to contact Square to get permission but we knew they wouldn't allow it.
