Just go less into depth with it, you're over thinking.

That's a very basic stage set up. AT06 also had the same, she's been experimenting with different stage set ups, and she seems to have fallen for the one with a catwalk and center stage. Excellent choice in my opinion. As for how the stage is themed, Secret tour seems to be all going in red while I'd like to say AT05 was all pink, if now it's possible to generalize the colors used that much.

2. evolution and UNITE!, when I see the small picture about it...the dancers' costume is definitely looks like HAPPY ENDING!!!

It's quite possible they might be reusing costumes. Nothing bad with that, since they're good costumes. But I think the most likely scenario is that you just can't see the differences very well on the small pictures and they're actually new.

3. 1 LOVE and until that Day..., Yeah you know the NEVER EVER theme and the boys wearing the leather belts on their sexy bodies (GAME, my name's WOMEN)

I don't really see why everything makes you think it's a copy of AT05. I didn't see the images, if it's very similar maybe the case is that Ayu said "I want those performances to be similar to the AT05 GAME performance". Since she has used the theme before the conclusion can be drawn that she probably likes it, using something similar again doesn't make it a copy of an old tour.

4. part of Me and Secret, The fan dance and the environement really remind me of Moments and walking proud. You know, Ayu's alone in the middle while dancers dance with fans and walking proud cry is nearly the same as Secret's tragic lyric.

It's still just details that "remind" you of AT05, not actually any copied choreography, light settings, outfits and so on? It's just details you notice in everything, try to think about everything that's different and it's possible you'll notice even more details that's NOT like AT05 .

5. SURREAL, AUDIENCE and Boys & Girls, the costume is GAME costume with more tails and fetahers plus a silver headdress

Well, since she used a similar outfit before the conclusion that she probably likes it can yet again be drawn. But in order to NOT make it a copy of the AT05 outfit she made it look a lot different, with a new headdress etc.

Hmm, My friend thinks that maybe Ayu would not spend much money for such a huge tour...But is there any idea about this??

She probably spent more money on this tour than any of her previous tours. If only for the fact that they have to ship everything around. The cost for designing the tour can probably not even remotely compare to the cost of shipping it around.
