As a huge Nagase fan (my fandom IS Nagase/TOKIO, NOT Ayu, I like Ayu, but I LOVE Nagase), and what I know about Nagase, it is difficult for me to NOT believe it because of what I know ABOUT him. XD; While I don't know if this is 100% true, there is just AS HIGH probability that IT IS going to happen. If not this year, then sometime very soon. That man is so absolutely in love with Ayu it's not even funny.
As for the money that 'vanished' -- can you elaborate more on this? I'm pretty sure that discussing a joint venture via tabloids, if that had a negative impact on the company, there would be HUGE legal ramnifications in Japan. I've worked in the music industry for 5 years, so I have a pretty good idea how companies treat tabloids, and something of that nature, re: joint venture, is not taken lightly at all.
