Do you have Photoshop? If so, just open up the wallpaper you wanna resize, go to Edit -> Image Size and input the size you want to change it to and click okay! The only problem is if you wanna change a wallpaper, say from 1024x768 to 1200x1024, in which case you have to make sure Constrain Proportions is UNCHECKED.
