the L thing i dunno, but the X thing reffers about the first batch of production/printing of the album when you find this 再 in a circle next to the L it means that the cd is part of the re-issue, or the second or third batch of production
and the made thing is something like this 再06.04.02まで, this means that the production of the next batch will start after that date, or in other words the first batch production ending date, once that date comes, the label can choose whether start the production of the second batch or stop the printing of the cd.
some albums are not dated for ending of production, mostly avex stuff is not dated, but other labels like warner music find more cheap to do this kind of productions packages.
thus this is all i know about CD production, its not really something we study in our major, but sometime we get to talk about it.
still i'm not sure whether it has a different meaning, but this is my bet
