It's too bad that the joke about crying from how horrible a song is was already used (I was about to say Madonna's "Candy Shop"). Anyways, I didn't cry the very first time I heard it, but I did cry listening to For Good from the musical Wicked. It was just when I was doing my homework and listening to music. The words never really hit me until that random time listening to it. Not quite sure why. Of course I also cried when I saw the show on Broadway, but that's a little different than just crying from listening to it.
