I fundamentally agree. However, it's starting to feel like certain members of the staff do not want to reciprocate the respect that some of the initiates have for them (and vice versa), and that's what I think is a little funky. I'm not all that concerned one way or another, but loss of respect = loss of a sense of community, IMO anyway. But that's my schpeal. This is the last I'll probably say on all this. Good luck to the mods. If there's anything that anyone else can help out on, don't hesitate to let them know. Working together can accomplish nice things.

I ask is that you be a little nicer/treat initiates like actual intellectuals in the process of disagreeing.)
