MP3. The only reason why I even have iTunes is because my Shuffle demanded it so. (And I was not too happy. I have enough music players gah)
In fact I just got finished converting a bunch of AAC files to MP3, and I was whining at somebody because I wasn't in the mood to do it.
I use WMP to play music and it doesn't really like AAC.
