I really wonder what event this is from, can't figure it out. Been searching my files the last 30 minutes for something that is similiar, haven't found anything. Thought it was from Hey!x3 2003 Xmas Special but she didn't wear clothes like that there. Unless it's from earlier in the episode, as I don't have it fully.
