That's .:Hikki:. banner. Ask her on hikaru.sc where she got the piccy from. All I know is that it's from a magazine article featuring Hikki. I think it came out around last year.....to promote ULTRA BLUE!
I'm happy that Miracle is debuting to the music scene. I just made thread for her. Even though it might not last long, she deserves one for making me laugh like crazy at her Hikki impersonations! XD
