I know this is quite an old topic.. but I just recently saw the ayu ready? episode 48 where she performs the acoustic version of "forgiveness" and at the end it sounds more like:
But I want to only keep my love
Every cardinal sins
Every immoral things
But I was holding on for my love
The only difference from the japanese fansite being the "wanted" and "want to" in the first line. So possibly if what I heard was correct, we can give Ayu a few extra grammar points.. lol. But using 'every' with plurals.. ^^; But I don't forsake her for using english lyrics, we might not always completely understand, but at least she wants to try something new for her fans overseas. (She should have included them in the single booklet!)
Also, the chorus in the background is singing (I think):
"War and destruction,
Crime and desire"
Then they repeat what ayu says at the end.
And on an ending note, I think all of her performances of "forgiveness" have been more than spectacular. She has so much power in her voice, and you can just feel the emotion. Now I'm sounding a bit cheesy..
