As Demure_Dusk pointed out, if she is #1 for the week, then she should be on this list: http://www.mediatraffic.de/albums.htm but she is not, although Kobukuro is.

That link is for last week's chart. They haven't posted any numbers for this week other than Alicia Keys' because she's the Global #1. When they update the Top 40 chart for this week, Ayumi, Kobukuro, and any other Japanese titles that made the list will have their estimates posted.
The UWC still gets data from Japan when Oricon goes on break; if you look at their archive from last year, you'll see they have Koda's second week #'s.
