Many musicians have ear problems or even become deaf, even one ear only. Because the music is always extremely loud on live shows and musicians usually go through that every day. I have been lately losing my hearing on my left ear too though that's completely because I listened to music too loudly too often.
It could be that head injury she may have gotten (like someone said) too or something.
Ayu still keeps amazing me, how well she has taken this.
