BUT if we get enough people here who are like 'yeeah! I'm cool with mailing an envelope package to one of the scrapbookers (with a sheet protector!)' then we can move to phase 2! We compile a list of different forums with big ayu fanbases after we make a list of people who are willing to volunteer to put pages of a scrapbook together. Depending on how many lovely people will volunteer to receive ayu messages in their post office, will determine how light the load will be. THEN we have the volunteers assigned to the forums and make a post about our idea and tell them if they are interested, leave a post with their email and check their spam boxes because they'll receive an email later from the volunteer. THEEEN the volunteer compiles the list of people on their respective forum and emails them from a new email address (eh ayumessenger1/2/3/ect.) and tells them to mail their package to blablabla if they are still interested.

If that makes any sense, tell me please lmao.
lol I understand. =) I think it's been a long day for us Ayu fans...

I think I get what you're saying, but let me clarify (just to make sure) - so, once we get enough people (from at least AHS) who say, "YEAH LET'S DO THIS! (And I'll provide a sheet protector, too!)"), we'll move onto phase two. Phase two is where we go to other big Ayu forums (AyuChina, AHN, etc) and tell them about the idea. Then a volunteer (assigned for these bigger forums) will set up a thread, which will include an e-mail address where people can officially say, "Hey, I wanna help out with this and send you something." Then that volunteer will gather all those e-mails (from the forum that they are assigned to) and send them a confirmation e-mail (from a new e-mail address set up for this event) telling these people, "Hey, you can send your stuff to this address: [insert volunteer's address] Thanks!"

I think we can really do something now that we actually have this organized and set up...!!! =D Oh, and if it's alright, I can go ahead and spread the word over at AHN. I don't mind being the volunteer in charge of handling everything over there. =)

It's the safest way I can possibly think of donating. For the volunteers who send off their sections of the scrapbook, we can do donating for that too. I guess it should be on a basis of their own financial standing, and if the S/H will be like 10USD for them, and they're cool with that, or not. I mean, I'm pretty sure if one of the volunteers worked really hard on their portion and told us they couldn't afford to ship the thing because outrageous S/H fees in their country , we can get together and work something out where we donate to help them out.
I'm pretty sure you don't need a Paypal account to donate, but I'm near 100% sure you need a credit / debit card to donate. Don't get me wrong, that's a great idea, and that will definitely be a preferred option (for those who are able to do so, anyway). I guess other people could submit checks or cash if they can't use Paypal.

I know the main book will probably be a lot to ship, so we'll definitely need to help out with that. As far as the other volunteers sending it to the one who will ship it to Japan, those might be smaller, more affordable fees (unless they receive a lot of mail and have to send out a heavier load, which we can help out with as well).
