Yeh, it`s dedicated to her friend, they were probably close. Japanese like to call best friends older sisters (onee-chan/-san/-sama) and so....(or something like that, dunno how to explain :/) So probably of that you confused it? ^^" Anyway, I love that song~ You can tell it`s not just random song..
