I heard once on ANTM, the secret for those big lips is to.. mmh.. push air trough your lips that's why her lips look like that.
plus you have to take under consideration: The angle, lightning and The lip gloss (as it has been pointed out). Also ayu's lips are quite big already I mean.. not crazy big but nice size so that's my opinion.
