^ I think its because he is really cute supposedly. And then Yaoi is all about men men relationships so then cute would be a dream for a men men relationship =)?! They should change Yaoi to MM relationships =D! lol! but then we might confused that with Morning musume.... and a morning musume relationship would just be gross X_X imagine 2 like 13 year old girls in a lesbian relationship o_O! kk trailing off XD so Yeah I think the cuteness helps inspire them to draw men in their novels =)!
