Ken Hirai - LAKuEN
this was the song which established Ken Hirai's new R&B style & it was his top 10 single . LAKuEN was his 8th single & from his 2nd - 7th singles , they never charted on the Oricon chart so LAKuEN was kinda like a comeback for him .

but to me personally this's the song that got me introduced to him which was his 20th single Hitomi wo Tojite (Close Your Eyes) which was the top selling single of '04 which's kinda strange cos its peak position was no.2 ==

That was the very 1st song I heard from him after my middle sister played for me which got me interested in him cos I was looking for some er fresh blood to listen to .
& I love what I hear & that happened 1 1/2 months ago & the rest's history .
But his most recent works , I have to say Elegy's amazing , it's probably on par with Hitomi wo Tojite , even a bit up there than Hitomi wo Tojite .

the PV is quite artistic & there're quite many kinda topless shots of Ken in the PV but alas I only can see his upper body from the shoulders on . Well I will just imagine how the rest of his body looks like then haha
