NINKI basically polls the interest of people for upcoming singles / albums. The numbers they give aren't estimates but basically are measures for how many people are interested. Of course, NINKI doesn't always get it right but it gives a somewhat grasp of the positions that people [mostl big names] will hit.
And yes, I think HEART STATION can outsell Ultra Blue despite everyone's declining sales
