Ayu will be turning 30 this year; she has lost her ability to hear in one ear; her dear friend died fairly recently. These things (aging, disease, death) are all things that technology has the promise to solve; if the singularity occurs, then we gain the ability to leave the problems associated with having physical bodies behind. Mirrorcle World would be Ayu's way of showing hope for this future.
