I've had nothing but good luck with Dora's Store --- great service, UNBELIEVABLE prices, and always a good selection of rare and first press stuff.
They
do sell used CD's, though, and it's natural that some might not have perfect cases. One of my cases (Duty) was cracked, but I just swapped it with a new one. There's never been any damage to the actual CD's or inserts.
