www.celga.com . They are a fantastic business that will help you buy and bid on Japanese items. For instance if you want to bid on tickets, just send them an email with this info:

1. The auction URL
2. Your maximum bid (preferably in Japanese yen)
3. Your full name
4. Your address, including telephone number
5. Notification that you have deposited 50% of your max bid in USD to
paypal@celga.com
and they will bid for you, then ship the item to you when they get it.
