I'm not sure about the USA, but Canada has a limit as to how much you can bring back in the country. Since both countries are similar, I would assume the rules and regulations at the customs will be similar as well. Make sure to get as much information as you can before you leave!! I'll be going to Japan next year, and I feel exactly the way you do, I'll be buying as many Ayu things as I can while I'm there. But the professional in me(because I studied in Tourism & Travel, I've got a bit of knowlege on regulations and a stuff with customs), keeps saying NOO STOP!! xD Be careful~ That's all.
For your tickets, A7 should be front row, but if the seller doesn't provide a map or drawing of the arena you're going too, it can be tricky. Every arena is set differently, depending on how it's set up and how big they are. Where is the location of the concert you're going to?

Hey! Oh believe me, I realize I can be an impulsive buyer... but when I'm surrounded by Ayu goodies, I visualize myself especially freaking out and wanting to buy everything I see.
So yes, indeed, you must practice restraint in that area.
