People are still able to download the song being that it has been released on Utada's HEART STATION Album, just as if there weren't plans for it to be re-released as a single. People are still able to get it as of now. Just like "Fight The Blues" is on the charts, although there isn't a physical single of it.

"Prisoner of Love" was on the charts long before a Single for it was announced.
