The poster probably brought a lot of attention to Mirrorcle World and contributed to its huge Sunday sales. Perhaps consumers weren't as aware that the single was already available for purchase?
I think it would be stranger if avex didn't promote Ayumi with a huge poster. It'd be denying her status.
