I am so pissed while i'm writing this. i am certainly boycotting CELGA AFTER i receive my goods. THis is the first time and last time i'm using their service!

It all started when i emailed them asking about how much they charge:

after this, i just continue to update them when i have made the payment for the goods. no reply. then after i filled in the shipping form. and they reply me this:

then today i sent them another email. Cos i'm also helping someone else here to order the goods and she's getting anxious too!

I'm so sorry for the confusion! I checked on the
status of your items, and it looks like everything
that you ordered was a pre-order item- the items
haven't been released yet. They'll be released between
the end of this month and the middle of next month.

i wanted to find out more from the website, i tried to use google translator to translate the mu-mo page to see if wad they said is true. but as u all know, the translation turned out quite bad... angrily, i replied them again

Hi there. according to the mu-mo website. It was stated that the goods are released on the 4th of April. Nothing on the website mentioned anything about pre-ordered other than the 2nd series of ayupan, which clearly i did not order any. The only delay i can understand would be that it takes UP to 3 weeks to receive the items on your side. Shouldn't all dates be clarified, or at least estimated since you all told me you have bought the items for me. Not to mentioned I have already paid for them.

You sent me an email dated 6th of april saying that you have bought the goods for me. even so, if mu-mo takes 3 weeks for delivery. you should receive the item latest by early next week. Hope you can clarify things for me. This is only the first time i'm using CELGA and i would really hate it if communication is so unclear on your side.

ship. It says 3 weeks, right? Then, it's April 24
today. They state that it MAY be delayed and it takes
more than 3 weeks. Don't you read it? When they
arrive, they arrive. What do you want? You think we

end of April-early May. And it may be delayed.

We often deal with Mu-Mo and they are very slow to
ship. And often it is delayed. They don't even reply
to the inquiry. If you don't believe me, then ask
them.

i am like super irritated and annoyed after this can? is this how they treat their customers? i wasn't trying to be difficult lor. the whole conversation was so vague, all the time i thot they should have received the items. wouldn't hurt for them to explain to me isn't it? since i already told them its the first time i tried using CELGA.

put themselves in my shoes lor. just anxiously waiting, hoping i'll get them soon and this is how they treat their customer.

i am totally boycotting them and going to CRESCENT SHOP or resort to use VPOST in future even though i totally dun read Japanese and probably won't know what i'm filling most of the time. damn damn. if its not because i've paid them, i'm not giving them any chance at all!
