I agree: I think the media was bored and wanted to make this sound dramatic.
Seriously, a wardrobe malfunction in the 2007 tour? A leftover needle in the 2008 tour? Geez, people flip over the littlest things. I mean, sure, if the needle severely injured her (i.e. she stepped on a rusty nail), I could understand people in a state of panic.
Besides, this happened on the first day? Didn't that happen, like, only a couple of weeks ago?
She's obviously okay.
