Certifications are decided by the amount of number of copies that were shipped from the comapenies, not by copies that were bought in stores.
100,000~249,999 shipped copies - Gold
250,000~499,999 shipped copies - Platinum
500,000~749,999 shipped copies - Double Platinum
750,000~999,999 shipped copies - Triple Platinum
1,000,000+ shipped copies - Million
I suppose that Mirrorcle World shipped 210,000 or 220,000.
