Kind of, but its not her specifically. The artist in the CDs/DVD image is the vocalist called HALNA (Haruna), and HAL are two producers called Toshiharu Umesaki and Atsushi Sato. The band was called HAL and they were active between 2000 and 2003, before Haruna decided she didn't want to be in the public spotlight and ceased to be their vocalist. HAL are still active, they just don't have a vocalist anymore.
