I think it means you won a prize (or at least the original buyer), in this case the "F" prize (how bad does that sounds?? HAHA). Usually each letter indicates which prize you won. For example (not for real...) B prize-> GUILTY ecko kairo, A prize -> GUILTY blanket... etc but maybe I'm wrong, where did you buy it?

The package included Mirrorcle World (DOY version) with Mirror, Trust 3 inch (I didn't know it had this metallic cover, it looks really cool XD ), the Light Fan and the Keychain from the ASIA TOUR 2008 and... my 1st ayupan, aka the ayucharm (really cute! T_T):
