Does Cubic U / Precious come with an OBI?
Hello all!

Just wondering if Utada Hikaru's first English album Precious under the stage name Cubic U comes with an OBI strip. Just today I bought it new (I think) at a shop in China Town at Sydney, it says Made in Japan, is the re-released version dated 99-03-31 and it was sealed. Just wondering if the CD I Bought was legit and if anyone else has been to the shop if they know that they sell legit CD's.
