On Japanese CDs the obi isn't big enough to cover the whole back side of the case.
The CD is visible due to the case being a slim one. A lot of Ayumi's CD-only singles are like that too.
And I see the gskohouse logo... They seem to be trustworthy, although I haven't had experiences with them.
And to top it all off, the front side has a Lismo! sticker and I don't think any pirated version could bother to add that.
