Here, and Kyo Music City. I definitely recommend Kyo Music City, but it's filled with Japanese, and if you don't know at least the basics (like the Kanji of Ayumi Hamasaki I hope XD) then you might be a little lost. The categories are in English, the posts will be either in English or Japanese, but the latter seems to be more.
