You have probably picked up a few Western songs and enjoyed it more simply because you can actually understand it.
I understand were you are coming from, J-Pop, the
majority (I didn't say all, turn the caps lock off please <3) of it is same sounding generic trash. Your ex-fave's are similar to mine, Crystal, Utada, Kumi & sifow? yeah?, I understand why its boring because the once good artists that you liked started to become sell-outs (Kumi) or went on a hiatus (sifow)
Now there is a huge gap were they once stood.
