She's never released a mostly piano A-side. HOME had a bunch of guitar and percussion, Kokoro no Senshi had a lot of percussion, Kiss Me Goodbye had percussion all over the place. This Love was loaded with strings. Sakurairo revolved more around strings(which is why I like the live version better), Kodoku no Kakera was similar to This Love in it's use of strings, and Tashika ni was a percussion stronghold.
Therefore, it's logical to assume Tegami won't be either. Hell, even Rain got re-made to include loads of percussion. The last time she's ever made a major studio effort and used nothing but the piano was ONE(which was INCREDIBLE <3). Angela's work seems to be focusing LESS on the piano, TODAY had a lot more focus on percussion...
I'm calling it as I see it. Just because she preformed it live with just a piano means NOTHING, her lives usually just consist of piano versions.
Based on the kind of song Tegami is, I'd bet it's likely that it'll be similar to This Love or Kodoku no Kakera with it's use of strings.
