As long as you keep the file you're trying to download in the same folder, it should be able to resume. Do note that DC++ allows multi-sources (not multi-downloads) for 1 file. For example, say someone had some 50MB Ayu vid. If you enable "automatically search for alternate download locations", or if you do a search for the file and it shows others with the same file (by same, I mean exact filesize, not exact name), then it'll resume from whatever sources have the file
