Looks like she's wearing some type of oriental dress, but it's kinda hard to tell.
It doesn't seem like the CM will feature Who... (10th Anniversary Ver.), judging by the theme of the ad (wtf teacups?).. but you never know. It's probably a new upbeat song though.
