^I made mine using Quicktime & Photoshop. You just trim the video down to what you want then open it up in Photoshop and edit it from there using Animation shop, once you've got it the way you want it just save it...but don't flatten all layers because then the animation won't work. I think there may be a tutorial that would better explain how to do it somewhere on the forum, just gotta search for it.
