Well, actually what she says is that A COMPLETE ~All Singles~ will have a Japanese release and a Chinese release. She doesn't specifically say where the Chinese version of
Who... will appear, but we can assume it will only be on the Chinese release, considering it was the mention of
Who... (Chinese version) that made her say "That's right, there will be a Chinese release of A COMPLETE".
Did that make sense?
