Namie Amuro. As someone has already said, a majority of Namie's albums are hip-hop influenced (i.e., STYLE, Queen of Hip-Pop, PLAY) while Kumi will release a few hip-hop/R&B influenced songs (i.e., JUICY, Get Up&Move!!, Amai Wana, SHAKE IT), Kumi's albums rely on diverse genres, Namie's is diverse hip-hop and splashes of R&B.
Also, I find it ironic how people say Kuu's music sounds American and Namie's is unique when Namie is produced by TLC composer Dallas Austin.
