I think it's just a fanmade album ... with all her collaborations and b-sides and whatever
As for "BD": I love the song but it's really not necessary to make every song on "GGGB" a single
I think she's still working on a new album but to avoid being out of the charts between her "old" album and new album she (or her management) keeps releasing those singles ...
