Yes, you're right. It's a similar-close-to-clone "rip off" of ayu's Secret booklet pic:



They didn't even take a similar pic. They just photoshopped Fey's face onto ayu's original pic.

I'm shocked and pissed off. I love both artists, but how lame is that. What do u guys think of it?
