It's from the a-nation '04 footage. She wears it for the encore.

Obviously, they just kinda took photos that they thought were good from the last few a-nations.. seeing as how a-nation doesn't have a photobooklet or anything like that with it, I don't think many artists even have "offishulz" photos taken for the event..
